【摘要】The draft standard on shell buckling, Eurocode 3 Part 1.6: Strength and stability of shellstructures, was published in September 1999. Within the draft code, the problem of buckling ofaxisymmetric shells when local loads are applied normal to the walls, either outward or inward,has been identified as one for which almost no information exists.
