just as an aside, i am aware that there has been an ongoing effort to resolve issues dealing with live and the sign in. we have been experiencing them here in these forums where it works then it does not. somehow, some where a change made (or several) have created issues that are appearing but unfortunately not everyone is experiencing the issue which is making it difficult to solve ... i do expect we will see these issues resolved.
