【标题】Open Question: Why didn't al-Qaeda target nuclear installations on September 11?
【摘要】i read that during the planning of the september 11 terrorist attacks, nuclear sites were considered as possible targets. according to an al-qaeda member, mohammad atta and the other planners decided against attacking nuclear facilities for fear that "it would get out of control". what do you think they meant by that? is that referring to the planning and execution of an attack or the possible aftermath? they said it would be problematic to target nuclear sites because of the no-fly zones preven...
